The Motherlode condos are located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. These cozy condos feature a full kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. They also have access to a ski locker, shared laundry room and underground parking for one vehicle. Please note that these units do not have air conditioning.

This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining. This condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and one parking space allotted.

With an extremely convenient location, the Alpine Shadows condominiums offer some great amenities and an affordable price. They are easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift and the Main Street area, and the free bus stops very close to the complex. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).

Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.

The Town Lift Condominiums are located on lower Main Street just a few steps from Park City Mountain Resort, which gives easy access to the slopes.
