Crescent Ridge

Crescent Ridge Condominiums offer privacy in a secluded, beautiful mountain setting. The complex sits in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City, approximately one half mile from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the nearby Silver Star lift. Crescent Ridge Condominiums provide garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub. Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway. You are walking distance to the free shuttle, but a car is recommended due to the steep hillside access.

The Best Western Plus Landmark Inn, Park City, Utah, is nestled within the Wasatch Mountains, just 35 freeway minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. 1120 Empire Avenue

1120 Empire is an A-frame duplex 3/10ths of a mile up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It consists of two units, each one with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There is a deck shared by the two units, with a common area hot tub. Each unit has a gas fireplace and laundry facilities. Unit A is about 1700 square feet and Unit B is about 2000 square feet.

Red Pine

The Red Pine Condominiums and Townhomes property is loaded with great community amenities that will give you plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property. This cozy condo offers convenience and comfort. Walk 1 short block to the Quit'N Time ski run, pop into your bindings and ski down to the Town Lift chair. At the end of the day, ski back to this neighborhood access point to return to your property. Other options to access the ski resort include walking a few blocks to the Town Lift or the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free shuttle bus. Guests may also drive the short distance to the Park City Mountain base area parking lot. Just two blocks to historic Main Street for shopping, galleries, activities and dining. This condo has a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and one parking space allotted.

Fairway Village

The Fairway Village Condominiums are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are large and spacious with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Condos have in-unit laundry facilities. A vehicle is required for this location as there is no nearby shuttle stop.
