Paradise Provisions is only a mile away with everything you need to keep the fridge stocked and happy. Check out The Skinny Pancake for a delicious pancake breakfast, or Waffle Cabin for a stack of golden waffles. The Reks is only half-a-mile away with sandwiches, burgers, and homemade entrees. Located directly across the river from the center of Warren Village, this newly renovated adorable house has a brand new high-end kitchen, new floors, painting, and linens. It has a master suite overlooking the river with a propane fireplace and spa-like bathroom. You will experience a feeling of retreat from the hectic life, tucked into the hollow along the Mad River. Being the only house on the river bank on the same side of the river, privacy allows the feeling of being away from it all. You will be lulled to sleep by the rushing river sound or enjoying the magical river sounds just relaxing during the day reading a book. Notes: Driveway parking available. On the first floor, you'll encounter a bedroom with a newly-updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both spaces feature baseboard heating, and the bedroom also has a Rinnai heater. Climb up the stairs and you'll reach the main living space of the home. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a propane wood stove, board games for fun game nights, a Rinnai heater, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. There is also access to a spacious deck. Continue the tour and you'll come across the kitchen/dining area, which features an eight-person dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and access to a private back deck for summer barbecuing and a large storage closet next to the front door for storing your deck furniture and toys, big enough to store kayaks. The third level of this charming escapade has a small loft area with a sofa and a baseboard heat unit. There are also two bedrooms with baseboard heat units, a stackable washer/dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. And last, but not least, the fourth level is made up of a loft space with a bed, another Rinnai heater, and two chairs. Additionally, if you decide to book this unique escapade, you'll be granted access to a shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and basketball court.
