Bedding in the rental includes 1 King bed and in the remodeled, master bedroom, and 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom and a twin daybed in the fourth bedroom. Both the master and second bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, and the third room has a separate, full bath. This comfortable property is great for families or couples and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This convenient location, allows a quiet drive to Canyons Village, allowing guests to avoid the bulk of traffic associated with the resorts. This dreamy home is the perfect spot to create memories and experiences that will have you planning your next trip before your current visit has ended. ~Old Ranch Road guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental. ~ Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay, however, housekeeping services are available for purchase. This home is modern and sleek and contemporary. Floor to ceiling windows lets in lots of sun and offers incredible mountain views. Walk right down the street to jump on ‘Quittin‘ Time’, a Park City Mountain Resort ski run and ski down to the Town Lift. Luxurious outdoor Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, Formal Dining Room. This home is on many levels with lots of stairs. It also has lovely plate glass tabletops and is not appropriate for rambunctious children. The home is furnished with gorgeous modern furniture and an incredible art collection.

There’s a California king in the master bedroom, one queen and two twin beds in each of the lower bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the den/media room.
