Wonderful trip
Beautiful condo, easy check in, desk people were very helpful. Loved it
Family Mountain
The terrain was great for all levels. Tons of fantastic glade skiing. The lifts were modern and quick. Lift lines were minimal to none. The mountain is spread out across 3 base villages for dining, shopping and non-skiing activities. Everything was easily accessible. Not much of an apres ski scene, but plenty of nice places to eat.
Smiles to Copper
We have had passes to Copper for the last 15 years and always enjoy our time there
Great Mountain, Great weather, Comfortable accomodations
No need to rent a vehicle if you are willing to take the free busses within the resort area and even all the way to Frisco, Breck, and beyond. The mountain is set-up very nicely for all levels of skiing/snowboarding. We bought some sleds at Wal-Mart in Frisco and enjoyed Carter Park after an awesome snowmobile tour with Good Times. The tubing hill at the resort looked like fun but we elected not to incur that cost. there did not appear to be any reason to leave the resort if you don't want to with plenty of options for food and relaxing, including a convince store. The Lodge at Copper Mountain was located perfectly for skiing as we booted up on the hot tub deck and were able to ski to the lift and then end our day skiing to the door. Parking underneath is very tight. The room was comfortable enough for two couples and three teenagers utilizing the living room sofa couch beds. Out of our three skiing vacations (Breckenridge, & Snowmass), this is our favorite! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. If you are comfortable with setting up your own equipment, purchasing some used gear from somewhere (we went to Recycled Sports in Frisco) may be an alternative to renting gear. It appears that it gets busy on the weekends (we were blessed to be able to enjoy weekday skiing) but it was obvious that there is a good reason people like to spend time here.
Surprisingly good time
We stayed in the central village. It was very nice with lots of entertainment and restaurant options. Being a smaller village the access to the lifts was excellent. Mountain had a variety of terrain that we all enjoyed. It was our first visit, but we will come back.
Family Friendly and SO easy!!
Our entire trip starts with a lady named Marcie Cutler. She's been our contact for the last 3 years and is a pro's pro when it comes to details and getting us in the right place. She fully understands our way of travel. Copper - as recommended by Marcie - is the most family friendly and comfortable resort we have stayed. Vail, Breck, Aspen, Heavenly, Jackson; none have been able to match the unpretentious welcoming atmosphere they exude. Laid back with class! Awesome skiing, incredible food options (high end to grab and go), Passage Point condo is out of this world.
Plenty to do
Skiing was great. Plenty of restaurants and activities outside of skiing.
Great long weekend at cooper
Even though it was a holiday weekend lines were not horrible The weather was great (sunny) Snow was amazing (got over 12 inches while there ) Took advantage of much more that copper has to offer besides the skiing Only downside a lot of places ran out of food by Sunday night
Great family vacation
Everything was wonderful. Love copper as a place to ski for families. Love the small resort. Loved staying at Mill Creek. Everything was wonderful.
Dining at copper
Dining was very nice in copper central village. Food was well prepared.
Convenience and culinary at Copper Mountain

Copper Mountain is a great resort for either a quick getaway or a longer stay. Most of the lodging at the resort is walk to slope with only a few larger townhomes being a short free shuttle ride away. The resort offers a wide variety of activities and amenities including great skiing and riding terrain for all ability levels, an Alpine Coaster, on mountain snow tubing park, a large Clubhouse with lap pool, hot tubs, steam room and sauna, fitness center and on-site Spa, and Camp Woodward. There is a wide array of dining choices available throughout the two main village areas as well. You can get delicious $10 fish taco platters at Mahi's Street Tacos, mac'n'cheese entrees of all varieties at Mountain Melt, or sushi at the Storm King Sushi Lounge. During my recent visit we enjoyed a craft beer, creative apps, and wood-fired pizzas for dinner at Ten Mile Station and then started our next morning wit made to order fresh donuts at Sugar Lips Mini Donuts (this was a big hit with my 4 year old).

All and all Copper Mountain offers convenience and a fun atmosphere for friends and family alike.

Good
