Whether it’s a stroll to the park, a ramble to the ski shuttle or a meander through the quaint streets toward Main Street’s shops and restaurants, Hideaway has the quintessence of location. The entire Main Level of this modern, two-story residence functions as the heart of the home with an epicurean kitchen and two individual living areas gracefully flowing from one to the other. The Gourmet Kitchen is any chef’s delight with its expansive granite slab countertops and custom cherry cabinets reflecting well-designed stylishness. All three bedrooms are on the Upstairs Level of the Hideaway. Enjoy remarkable sunsets from the rooftop terrace off of the Master Suite. The Americana Bedroom and the Wilderness Bedroom Share a bathroom with antique claw-foot tub/shower and vintage pedestal sink. The Front Porch is a time-honored, spacious L-shape with wide, wood planks and relaxing log furnishings. Views and windows encompass the whole west side of this post-and-beam custom built home.

Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Located on a sunny lot just a few blocks from Breck’s iconic Main Street sits The Breck Haus, a 5,186 square foot vacation home designed to deliver a spectacular experience. Guests will revel in the modern décor, large bedrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family – even the four-legged family members. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level, complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV. For the athletes in the group, there is a yoga room with a stationary bike and a small flat screen TV. A laundry room, mud room, and 2-car garage complete the home’s amenities.
