It is close to a free shuttle stop that will bring you into Aspen’s downtown core and the world-class shopping, dining, and skiing that Aspen offers just minutes away. It’s a perfect home for two families or one extended family to share, with two living rooms, two dining rooms, and two kitchens, one on each level. The large outdoor deck has a gas grill and a hot tub.

The 210 Cooper condos are located on the west edge of Aspen’s downtown core, adjacent to the Limelight Hotel and just across Wagner Park from restaurants and shopping. Aspen Mountain is a short walk away, and the skier shuttles to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass depart from Rubey Park, just two blocks from the property. These condos feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and other amenities.

The Fifth Avenue condominiums offer easy access to the great skiing, dining and nightlife of Aspen. The Fifth Avenue condominiums welcome guests with window views overlooking the town of Aspen, while Aspen Mountain itself sits right behind you. From Fifth Avenue it is a 2.5 block walk downhill to the gondola or to the free skier shuttle to Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands, and Snowmass (uphill walk back after skiing). The Fasching Haus Condominiums are conveniently located just 2 blocks from Aspen’s Silver Queen Gondola and the heart of downtown Aspen. The skier’s shuttle which takes you to Snowmass, Highlands or Buttermilk Mountain stops just a block and a half away at Rubey Park.
