445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.

Muscatel Flats Condominiums perch on the banks of the San Miguel River, across from the Telluride Town Park. Winter in Town Park offers ice-skating at the Hanley Rink, sledding, and Nordic skiing. The shared decks on the southeast side of Muscatel Flats lead to a common hot tub overlooking the Hobgood Wetlands and river overlook. In fact, it is just 100 yards from ski school and two chairlifts. This third-level condo features 180-degree views, comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 42-inch TV and an adjacent dining table with seating for six guests. The deck, which offers views of the mountains and plaza, is accessed from the living room. The full kitchen features granite countertops, sleek appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Furnishing the master bedroom is a queen bed, TV and an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi, separate shower and handsome stonework. The guestroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin beds.
