The Lodges at Sundance has amazing ski and hiking access along Sundance ski run. The Ballard House Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

It’s literally 15 feet from the Double Cabins Ski Run, enjoying some of the best ski-in/ski-out access in Telluride. This cozy 2,400 square foot mountain cabin is ideal for large families to share with friends or other families. It has huge picture windows with mountain views, large decks, a gas grill, gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat and an open floor plan. The Mountain Lodge Resort has a year-round pool and hot tub for guests to enjoy.
