586 West Pacific Avenue is a perfectly located home in downtown Telluride, two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Chair 7. Its rustic, reclaimed barnwood exterior is juxtaposed with a contemporary, high-end interior. A 200 square foot heated deck provides for year-round use with great views of the mountain. The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. Russell Home’s great room offers leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper and flat-screen TV. Above this area is an open loft with a queen futon. Granite tile countertops adorn the kitchen, which opens to the dining room with seating for six around the table. From the dining room, guests can access the private deck, which has a hot tub and gas BBQ grill. The master bedroom is upstairs, and offers a king bed, walk-in closet and TV. The master bath has double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a shower. The guestrooms are downstairs from the living room. The first guestroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guestroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, plus a flat-screen TV and an en suite bath. The third guestroom has a queen bed, futon, TV and an en suite bath. Kayenta II are Telluride ski vacation condos offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos and 3 bedrooms, 3 baths condos with a loft. Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six.
