Perfect for preventing altitude sickness for those guests coming from lower elevations. Between the main and guest house, there are eight bedrooms for ample sleeping arrangements and utmost privacy. In the main house there are six bedrooms on various levels. The bunk room downstairs is the den for kids to hide away and play. Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor. The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are just a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or a 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.
