The quaint 11-room Manitou Lodge sits along the banks of the San Miguel River and is just a block from the Telluride town gondola. All rooms have a TV and mini-fridge. Amenities include wireless internet, ski lockers and a shared indoor hot tub overlooking the river.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.

586 West Pacific Avenue is a perfectly located home in downtown Telluride, two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Chair 7.
