The Elkstone Condos are conveniently located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, a short walk to the ski slopes, the Mountain Village market, and the gondola. The property has a beautiful outdoor courtyard with a large wood-burning fireplace and shared hot tub. There is a fitness center on site and one reserved parking spot per unit in the garage. Located in a premier residential neighborhood of downtown Telluride, the Historic Thompson House can be traced back to 1898 and the early 20th century when the Thompson family settled here from Finland. The home was then kept in the family all the way through the 1970s. In 2023, new owners completed a to-the-studs remodel and redesign that you can now enjoy. The home is located on a sunny, oversized lot with ideal south-facing views of the mountain and ski runs. It’s an easy two-block walk to lift seven and the gondola, where Mountain Village is a picturesque ride away! Just a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants, it is also one block from one of the area's trendiest bars, a wine store, a popular restaurant, and the beautiful San Miguel River trail.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor. The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are just a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or a 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

The Sundance condos are conveniently located in Telluride on the west side of town and are walking distance to downtown and nearby restaurants. A free shuttle stops close by.
