The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. This newly built home offers incredible views and luxury amenities throughout. This beautiful home allows you to enjoy vivid sunset views to the west while overlooking Fish Creek and up to Buffalo Pass. With a modern western feel that is fully captured in the design of this stunning 4 bedroom, loft home, Blackstone Lodge will delight any traveler. With 4 bedrooms and a loft there is room for up to 14 people. The main floor Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to the porch that allows you to enjoy the views with your morning coffee. There is a large ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest master downstairs also has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs you will find the bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds that sleep four and the fourth bedroom offers the option of either a king or two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and tub/shower combination. For extra guests, the loft has 2 day beds with trundles under them, making it a fun place to sleep 4 more.

Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

The Iron Oak Duplex is a contemporary seven bedroom, five and one-half bath home on three levels that can accommodate up to sixteen people, making it the perfect place for small groups or family gatherings. The main floor has a large, conveniently arranged kitchen and dining area that is open to the formal living area a half-level below. Sliding glass doors open from the kitchen to a deck with a private hot tub and fabulous views of the ski slopes. Downstairs is a huge game room that is the perfect place for kids to be active…there's even a foosball table! The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away.
