Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

Falconhead Lodge South offers spectacular views over the Yampa Valley and is ideal for large groups of families and friends. Spanning 7,164 square feet and sleeping up to 16, this property feels more like staying in your own private lodge rather than a vacation home. For the utmost privacy and convenience, guests enter this unique residence from the top level with heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. Designed for large groups and entertaining, the main floor opens into a great room accented by vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, a stone fireplace and wall of windows to take in the views. The living, kitchen and dining areas flow openly into each other to make sure everyone can gather together easily. The large kitchen provides everything needed to craft delicious family meals while a covered recessed balcony extends the living area into the great outdoors. At the dining table you’ll find seating for 12, adding to the five seats available at the kitchen island. Downstairs on the mid level there’s a second floor of living space with kitchen, dining and living areas. This space features a plush sectional sofa, dining table for 10 and a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances. French doors off the dining area frame beautiful views and walkout to a second balcony. Five bedrooms, spread out on three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level includes a gas fireplace and private access to a covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and Sleeping Giant Mountain. Additional guest rooms include a third master suite and queen suite, each offering private en suite baths. This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. The spacious and open floor plan connects the living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas to let everyone spread out but stay connected with the whole group. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find everything you need to craft a delicious home-cooked meal. Granite counters offer ample workspace, all appliances are professional-grade and the large center island provides seating for four. The adjoining dining area seats ten for larger family meals. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs. The in-home Sonos audio system provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an iPhone or iPad throughout. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits. The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.

Cimarron consists of five bedroom units in the log post and beam style. Located a few blocks from the slopes, each townhome offers over 3,000 square feet, a two car garage, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and much more. Guests will enjoy outstanding craftsmanship, quality finishes, upscale appliances and designer decor. Private guest shuttle to skiing, shopping and entertainment (ski season), outdoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise amenities area, in-unit washer and dryer.

Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.
