The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. This fantastic 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome at Chadwick Estate Villas sleeps 10 people and features an open living room with nice light, a stunning gas fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and comfortable leather couch. The adjacent gourmet kitchen and dining area offer state-of-the art appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, as well as access to a spacious outdoor deck with a grill and nice Emerald Mountain and down-valley views. An in-house elevator whisks you to the various levels of this townhome. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed and gas fireplace. The spacious en-suite bath features a beautifully tiled steam shower and luxurious deep-soak tub. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath. Downstairs, a rec room offers another great place to hang out, with games table, flat-screen TV with DVD player, wet bar, mini-fridge and dishwasher. The main floor is perfect for entertaining. With an open layout, your group can enjoy the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony as a group. There is a stacked stone fireplace to keep everyone warm and cozy while enjoying the 65" flat screen TV or just each other’s company. The upstairs is dedicated to a large master suite. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV. The home offers everything you would expect from a modern house including, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, plush towels and comfortable bath robes.
