Falconhead Grande Lodge offers unrivalled lodging for large groups, coupled with spectacular views over the Yampa Valley. It is ideal for multi-generational family gatherings featuring multiple kitchens, living rooms and sports bar / rec rooms with pool table and flat screen TV's. This impressive private lodge holds a commanding position overlooking the Steamboat ski area. The Grande Lodge is equipped with elevators on each side and a stunning open staircase constructed of timbers and steel which descends on each side alongside four story windows. Enter from the top level with a heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. The main floors feature a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, and an oversized stone fireplace. The open floor plan connects the living area to the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Master bedrooms have a gas fireplace and private access to the covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkrooms can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. Additional master suites with private bath offer views of the valley and the Sleeping Giant mountain. A third gathering area of sports bar/den and recreation room can be found on each lower level. The flat screen TV means you won't miss a play during a big game and rivalries can be settled over the pool table. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. The suite includes a large bedroom, with king bed and a private terrace where you can relax outside in the summer. There is also a luxurious ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, large soaking tub and spacious shower. Downstairs is where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The guest master has a king bed and the third offers a set of twin bunks with a twin trundle bed and a queen bed to sleep up to five guests. All bedrooms have their own TV.
