Falconhead Lodge South offers spectacular views over the Yampa Valley and is ideal for large groups of families and friends. Spanning 7,164 square feet and sleeping up to 16, this property feels more like staying in your own private lodge rather than a vacation home. For the utmost privacy and convenience, guests enter this unique residence from the top level with heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. Designed for large groups and entertaining, the main floor opens into a great room accented by vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, a stone fireplace and wall of windows to take in the views. The living, kitchen and dining areas flow openly into each other to make sure everyone can gather together easily. The large kitchen provides everything needed to craft delicious family meals while a covered recessed balcony extends the living area into the great outdoors. At the dining table you’ll find seating for 12, adding to the five seats available at the kitchen island. Downstairs on the mid level there’s a second floor of living space with kitchen, dining and living areas. This space features a plush sectional sofa, dining table for 10 and a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances. French doors off the dining area frame beautiful views and walkout to a second balcony. Five bedrooms, spread out on three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. Senner Chalet sits with a grandstand view of the mountain, perched in a private neighborhood just 2 minutes from the ski trails. Authentically constructed by European craftsmen, this 4,100 square foot home bears murals and imported furniture that convey the cultural heritage of the owners throughout – right down to the cowbells hanging over the deck. The cozy great room, with heavy-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, is a central gathering space for living, dining, and entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need to dine and entertain at home. The dining table seats up to 10. Set adjacent to the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious meals together to recap the adventures of the day on the mountain. A large deck opens off the living room for outdoor grilling and enjoyment of the panoramic views before you. On the main level the master bedroom offers a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom on this level has two twin beds and an adjacent private bath. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms that share a hallway bath. On the lower level there is one queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks that share a full bath. The chalet also offers a large steam room, and private outdoor hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing and snowboarding. On the lower level the rec room, also with wood-burning fireplace, provides an additional living area with a TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Senner Chalet provides one heated garage parking space with ample driveway parking for 3 – 4 more vehicles if need be, although vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer.
