The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Emerald Lodge guests have access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four seasonal pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, poolside BBQ grills and a public lounge area. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

Gondola Run A is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with a large living area, an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.
