The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. The Meadows at Eagle Ridge offers spacious accommodations just 3 blocks from the ski area. The complex is close enough to conveniently enjoy the ski mountain yet distant enough to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. Amenities at The Meadows include an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, private ski lockers, BBQ area, elevator access and complimentary heated underground parking.

The EagleRidge Lodge, located just two blocks of the base of the Steamboat ski area, is a perennial favorite of Steamboat vacationers. Onsite amenities include a nice outdoor heated pool area with hot tubs and a fire pit, fitness center and steam room. All condos except studio units have an in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace and private balcony.
