The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Located at the base of Steamboat Ski Area, The Lodge at Steamboat is a local landmark, providing an idyllic mountain-side retreat for winter and summer time guests. Rental units have two or three bedrooms and come standard with a fully-equipped kitchen, patio/balcony, and free Wifi. Saddle Creek Townhomes feature vaulted ceilings and large spacious living areas. All Saddle Creek Townhomes come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, private garage, washer/dryer and a private deck. These townhomes are located in a nice, quiet residential area near the mountain village. The free city shuttle stops very close to the property, allowing for easy access to Steamboat's slopes.

The EagleRidge Lodge, located just two blocks of the base of the Steamboat ski area, is a perennial favorite of Steamboat vacationers. Onsite amenities include a nice outdoor heated pool area with hot tubs and a fire pit, fitness center and steam room. All condos except studio units have an in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace and private balcony.

Get away from it all up at The West Condominiums; this mountaintop retreat is located right above the Steamboat Mountain Village, offering a private hillside location with spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley. The Mountain Village is just a short stroll away by an access path, leading you down to the Gondola, shops and restaurants in the base area. Guests at The West resort have access to a seasonal outdoor heated pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness facility.

Ski Inn Condominiums are conveniently located just off the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area via a groomed and maintained access trail. Each condo offers all of the amenities of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, living area, a balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The clubhouse includes a deck with a BBQ area and two outdoor hot tubs with great views. There are two indoor hot tubs and a common area laundry facility.
