Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.

Ideally located in the heart of Historic Old Town Park City, the Motherlode condos are perfect for the traveler who wants the downtown experience of Park City, with convenient access to skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. The Motherlode condos are located on Park Avenue, one block from Main Street and two blocks from the Town Lift plaza. These cozy condos feature a full kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. They also have access to a ski locker, shared laundry room and underground parking for one vehicle.
