You will find great value in these large townhouses near the Park Meadows' Jack Nicklaus Golf Course and 1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort. This is a quiet location, with views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Each unit features a private deck; most include a washer/dryer, a fireplace and covered parking.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Situated about 300 yards from the Waldorf Gondola at the base of Canyons Village, Fairway Springs is a wonderful property for guests looking for spacious living areas. Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot.
