Hidden Creek town homes are located just below Canyons Village base area at Park City Mountain. Their quiet location is away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet just a short walk across the street to the Cabriolet lift which takes you from the resort's parking lots and drops you right in the center of the village. Hidden Creek offers a common area pool (summer only), tennis courts, hot tub and laundry for the complex.

820 Park Avenue Condominium's prime location provides exceptional convenience and mountain access in addition to proximity to the vibrant Main Street community. 820 Park Avenue is located within yards of the Town Lift for lift access to Park City Mountain. Elevators provide entry to residences on the second floor, opening to semi-private foyers that eliminate the need for long hallways in the building. Guests will enjoy private underground parking, an extremely rare and valuable amenity in downtown Park City. And a ski prep lounge offers plenty of secure storage for equipment as well as a comfortable, warm place to put on jackets and boots. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.
