Two outdoor relaxing pools and one outdoor spa are available for guests to enjoy, as is a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and underground parking for one vehicle per unit. Besides its ideal location, the Snow Flower is close to the shuttle stop that offers service to all Park City resorts. This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 3,200 square foot, tri-level home is all about the incredible location and fabulous finishes. In just a one-block walk you are putting on your skis at Park City Mountain Resort or dining and shopping on Historic Main Street. Buses stop on both sides of Park Ave to take you to Deer Valley, Park City or Canyons ski resorts. Abode off Main’s great room is the perfect gathering place for your family, featuring a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace and vaulted ceilings. There’s a state-of-the-art kitchen, an eight person hot tub, heated outdoor patio, a ski room to store all of your equipment and two car off-street parking. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 2 bunk-beds (one captains bunk and one twin over twin) and a kids’ living room.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Located right on Park Avenue, and easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort, the 14th Street Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location with great amenities. There is a free bus stop just a short walk from your front door. Townhomes are on 3 levels, and approximately 1,350 square feet in size. Each one has a private deck, washer/dryer, and 1-car garage (only suitable for small vehicles).

Located in Canyons Village, The Ridge is modern vacation rental that is near Canyons Village, which plays host to many things besides skiing. Boutique shopping, cafes and more are right around the corner and within a short walk. With accommodations for up to 13 in four bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for large groups or multiple families to stay together here. Kids will love the basement bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (one twin over full, one twin over twin) and large, attached bathroom. The first guest room, located on the second level just off the dining room, has a cozy queen bed and shared bathroom, while the second guest room on the top floor offers a king bed and private attached bath. The main bedroom, located on the top floor, boasts a king bed with luxury bedding, gas fireplace, attached deck and a spacious en suite bathroom. Drop your gear in the mud room on the main level as you enter, before dropping yourself onto the comfortable sofa in the TV room, or take a dip in the private, year-round hot tub right outside your door. The sofa sleeper in the TV room with an adjoining bathroom means that extra guests can enjoy their privacy in the evenings, while the kids have somewhere out of the way to play during the day. The kitchen, dining and living room offer an open floor plan on the second level of the house, with a massive flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a natural stone fireplace, making it the perfect place for family and friends to gather after an adventure-filled day.
