Crescent Ridge Condominiums offer privacy in a secluded, beautiful mountain setting. The complex sits in a quiet, tree-lined area of Park City, approximately one half mile from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort and a short walk to the nearby Silver Star lift. Crescent Ridge Condominiums provide garage parking and some units offer a private hot tub. Most condominiums are accessed via an outdoor stairway. You are walking distance to the free shuttle, but a car is recommended due to the steep hillside access.

Enjoy great outdoor space a large deck with expansive views of Park City, dinning table, gas fire to enjoy the evenings, chef's gas grill, and a wonderful private hot tub. The living room features a brick encased fireplace and modern decor with a sectional sofa and flat screen TV. Upstairs from the living space, the master bedroom occupies its own level featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. A mere five minutes away from the Park City Mountain Resort. Each unit is well appointed with inviting furnishings to make you feel at home. While the free shuttle bus stop is only 1 to 2 blocks away, a car is recommended. Spacious townhouses are tucked away in a quiet residential area. These units also offer a full kitchen making going out to eat an option not a necessity.

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

This 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 3,200 square foot, tri-level home is all about the incredible location and fabulous finishes. In just a one-block walk you are putting on your skis at Park City Mountain Resort or dining and shopping on Historic Main Street. Buses stop on both sides of Park Ave to take you to Deer Valley, Park City or Canyons ski resorts.
