With more than 1,100 video applications received over a six-week period, Ski.com’s Epic Dream Job search has come to an end. After countless hours poring over each 60-second video application, engaging with the newly-formed Epic Dream Job online community and much deliberation, Ski.com and its partners have come to the conclusion that Jackson Lebsack, 19, of Bozeman, Mont., is the ideal candidate.

“We have been blown away by the large quantity and exceptional quality of video application submissions we have received,” said Dan Sherman, CMO of Ski.com. “In the end, we chose Jackson due to his unique narrative and visual storytelling talents, engaging personality and love for travel and skiing. We're thrilled to offer him a platform to tell an incredible story while he travels to nearly 20 ski destinations around the world over two months this winter.”

Harry Peisach, CEO of Ski.com and members of the Ski.com marketing team presented Lebsack with his official offer via a live video chat on Monday, October 29. After immediately accepting, Lebsack admitted that he was “freaking out” and “couldn’t believe this is happening.”

“Having an opportunity to travel the world with Ski.com, the Epic Pass and their amazing partners is going to change my life,” said Lebsack. “It feels absolutely incredible to be chosen for the job over so many talented applicants for the opportunity of a lifetime.”

More About Jackson Lebsack

Jackson Lebsack currently resides in Bozeman, Mont. and established his film and photography business, JL Media, at the age of 19 after deciding to withdraw from Montana State University to focus on the business he was already gathering. Lebsack grew up in Hood River, Ore., and his passions, in addition to traveling the world with camera in hand getting paid to do what he loves, are kite surfing, hiking and skiing. Ever since he picked up a camera he was hooked. He was captivated by being able to put memories and moments into a visual story.
