Portico condominiums are located about one mile from Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort and two blocks from the free Park City Transit route. These condominiums feature a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, washer and dryer, complimentary wireless Internet and most have a private outdoor hot tub on the deck. Most units also share an underground parking garage, while a few of the residences have a private garage.

Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, the Aspenwood Townhomes are in an extremely convenient location, ¼ of a mile down the road from the Deer Valley Resort, and right on the free bus route. Park City's Main Street is just a short bus ride away as well. The wonderful views of the Deer Valley Resort ponds make Aspenwood Townhomes a great getaway for the entire family.
