The Copper dining scene trend towards casual American fare and other laid-back dining experiences, which is great for families, large groups and those on a budget. And while there aren’t technically any certified “fine dining” establishments, Copper restaurants do have strong understanding of quality ingredients, as well as good service.

    Copper Restaurants

Copper restaurants range from off-the-cuff American barbeque to Asian cuisine to authentic Mexican, and also offers a well-loved contemporary dining experience at CB Grille that will satiate those looking for a more upscale meal. C.B. Grille serves up contemporary American creations, like asparagus and brie appetizer, their Midwest Black Angus tenderloin, and house favorites like apple, bacon black and bleu mac-n-cheese. The menu also features small and large salads, pizza and pasta, so even kids will enjoy C.B. Grille. Even better, all of these delightful menu items are sub-$30, so diners on a budge can enjoy a night at this well-loved Copper restaurant.

Another great restaurant that also offers a varied menu with an American flare is Incline Bar and Grill at the base of the American Eagle Express chairlift. This restaurant not only features food items ranging from queso-smothered nachos to pasta, soup and bison stew to tenderloin, but it’s also one of Copper’s best après hotspots. So, don’t be surprised if the party’s still going if you head to Incline for an early dinner. Pizza Carlo, also conveniently located near the base of the American Eagle chairlift, is also sure to please anyone who likes pizza and cold beers, plus you can opt for take-out and delivery if you’re staying in town.

If you’re on the search for a hearty lunch mid-ski day, then Endo’s Adrenaline Café is where you want to go. The hot sandwiches are huge and tasty, the fries are great, and the salads are unique and healthy. Try the Asian Noodle Salad. Plus, Endo’s offers a great selection of native Colorado beers.
