GREAT LOCATION

Not easy to ski in and out for ski school at all (have to take the shuttle no fun 20 - 25 min ride). Garage was nice, lobby nice, hot tub great and staff great. Our unit 504 was nice (bathrooms were in the 80s decor) staff nice and hot tub a winner. Kitchen was awesome and views were the best of it all from every room in the unit.

Not overly impressed

If you are looking for a easily accessible ski in/ski out resort, this is not one. It is more easily skied out, but returning to here is difficult to find as it is not marked very well with signs, and the slope is not a groomed slope. You will have to take the bus to the village for ski school, and to access the main slopes of beaver creek. It is a great place to go out back and build a snowman or play in the snow if you have small kids that do not ski. The unit itself is a little outdated although comfortable, and my daughters jacket was stolen out of our ski locker...my husband left the key in it by accident. We called the front desk, but they were not any help. Our unit also was skipped by housecleaning two days in a row. I probably would not chose to stay here again.

Borders Lodge is the definition of ski in/out

Truly ski in/out. The private locker are located right next to the exit door. 10 steps and you are skiing. Nice touch with the robes provided when using hot tub. Everything was extremely clean and convenient. Fabulous accommodations.
